What are Teleclasses?

When all you need is a telephone to participate in a class and continue your goal of lifelong learning! It is that simple!

These days, we are all stretched for time and in these difficult times, it is URGENT that we focus our efforts on learning skills and gaining certifications that enhance our career (in addition to stabilizing it). But training is so expensive these days, $300-$500 per day of training is quite common. Forget about trying to convince your company to pay for this, in these days, it may not even be possible to take the time off. Corporate America has us all stretched so thin that taking time off could put the company and hence our jobs in jeopardy!

Teleclasses provide you the valuable training you need at an amazingly low price! They are similar to regular classes in that you get to interact with others in the class. But they are usually shorter in length (an hour to two at a stretch) and are spread over a longer period of time giving you more time to understand and digest the material.

With the amazing technologies available through the Internet, we can now go back and listen to the recorded classes over the Internet!

Looking at the amazing ROI, we couldn't resist the idea of offering Teleclasses! So we decided to focus on creating a one stop site focussed on training for professionals. We are offering our first Teleclass in January 2005 to help project managers take the highly valued and very difficult PMP certification! We will update this site with the results from that class. An Example -

Our first class is probably a great example to use in explaining the benefits of Teleclasses for professionals. Normally, a class that trains you for PMP certification can range between $1000 and $4000 for classroom instruction of between 15 and 45 hours total time. And when you are done with the class, you will most likely have to spend between 40 and 100 hours preparing for the PMP.

Our Teleclass on the other hand will cost you about $25/Session (60 to 90 minutes each) and you will be able to tailor your preparation by choosing a suitable combination from the 30 sessions that are offered as part of the PMP preparation! This means that you could spend as little as $300 and as much as $750 and obtain your PMP certification! And you can go back and listen to the recorded sessions anytime you want!
